About Us
As a West Point Grad Army Veteran, as well as a military child and spouse, Ashleigh has moved over 20 times, living in 18 different states, as well as Spain and Korea. She understands the stress and upheaval that can often accompany a move, be it across townacross the big blue ocean. She also understands the exhilaration of exploring a new town and the thrill and anxiety that often comes along with buyingselling a home. She’s been on both sides of the transaction and knows how it feels to sit at the settlement table. This also helps her know what buyers and sellers want and need from their agent.

After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, she served in the Army as a Finance Officer. After leaving the military, she worked as a systems analyst a systems engineering company helping her clients test and learn how to use a new database system at the Army Research Office. As a military spouse, she volunteered in civilian and military organizations, running programs and overseeing events. Ashleigh has taught writing workshops, written cookbooks, blogs, and explored her entrepreneurial side starting her own businesses along the way. All these experiences have taught her how to adapt to any situation and stay cool under pressure. She knows how to think critically, creatively solve problems, and provide service and support to those who need it.
She holds many professional certifications and designations, to include Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Ashleigh has been a Northern Virginia Association of Realtor Top Producer every year, and has maintained a presence as a Top Realtor in Arlington Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, the Washingtonian and DC Modern Luxury Magazine.
